Our Origins
Launch Virtual Academy was conceptualized in 2016 with the goal of providing a unique 21st century educational experience centered on continuous improvement. This transformational experience utilizes various elements of proven educational models such as Online Collaborative Learning, Project-Problem Based Learning, Multiple Intelligence Learning Theory, Connectivism, and others. Consequently, LVA has been serving its students since 2020.
Our Students
Our student body is composed of students from a variety of linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Students at Launch Virtual Academy are independent learners, athletes, artists, and entrepreneurs. Many students have found an inclusive and emotionally supportive environment at our school. LVA celebrates its diversity and continues to build opportunities for students to participate in student life.
Our Staff
Launch Virtual Academy teachers support the academic, social, and emotional needs of our students. Our teachers are chosen for their expertise and experience in the classroom and in their field. Their passion for providing a dynamic learning experience to meet the needs of students is evident in their course design and LIVE session class time.
